Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Badala is an internal tool operated by Bricks Marketing LLC for use by employees of Bricks-affiliated companies. It is not offered to the public as a service. These terms describe the conditions under which an employee may use Badala and the limits on what Badala does.

Eligibility

Access is granted at the discretion of Bricks Marketing LLC and limited to current employees and contractors of Bricks-affiliated companies. Access can be revoked at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

While using Badala, you agree:

  • To comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform terms and Meta's commerce policy on every message you send.
  • To honor opt-out requests promptly. Marketing audiences exclude opted-out contacts automatically — but if a contact tells you to stop in conversation, set their marketingConsent=false immediately.
  • To not impersonate other employees, contacts, or third-party brands.
  • To not use Badala to send unsolicited bulk messages outside of approved templates and opted-in audiences.
  • To keep your password secret and not share access tokens. If you suspect compromise, reset immediately.

Outbound webhooks (integration)

Outbound webhook URLs you configure receive copies of inbound messages and other event data. Whoever operates the URL must be authorized to handle that data on behalf of the Bricks-affiliated company. Don't point webhooks at endpoints you don't control.

WhatsApp messaging fees

Conversations and template sends incur Meta charges per the WhatsApp Business Platform pricing. Those costs are billed to the Meta Business Account and are the responsibility of the company that owns the WhatsApp number.

No warranty

Badala is provided "as-is" for internal use. Bricks Marketing LLC makes no guarantee of uptime, message delivery latency, or feature stability. Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform is a third-party service whose availability is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Use of Badala is at the user's own risk. Bricks Marketing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use, including lost revenue, lost data, or service interruption.

Termination

Bricks Marketing LLC may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time. On termination, the user retains no rights to data within Badala beyond those described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes will be resolved in Kuwaiti courts.
